Pricing Guidelines
PRICE PER PERSON
AIl menus are customized and priced per person. The per person price includes food, service fee and staff. Sales tax not included.
GRATUITIES
20% Gratuities are added to all on-site catered events.
GUEST COUNT
An estimate guest count is required at the time of booking. A final count is due 10 days prior to the event. This will be the amount you will be billed. If the updated amount is not received within 10 days of the event, we will use the estimate guest count as a guarantee. If the actual number of guests is greater, you will be billed the additional amount.
RENTALS
We are more than happy to arrange any necessary rentals for your event at no extra fee and provide our company discount to you.
SITE INSPECTIONS
Site inspections may be needed for certain events and new locations. There is a minimum $50.00 charge and varies according to the address and complexity of the event.
MENU CHANGES
Any menu changes must be made 10 days before the event.
DEPOSIT
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure your event date. This deposit will be credited toward your final invoice.
FINAL PAYMENT
Payment in full is due at time of the event. We accept checks, cash, and credit cards. Delivery fees vary according to address and complexity of delivery. Prices and conditions are subject to change.
Starters
Tortugas
Grilled vegetables, jack cheese and sweet corn wrapped in a flour tortilla, deep-fried and served with dipping sauce.
Quesadillas
Choice of meat and cheese, vegetarian or our handmade corn tortillas stuffed with cheese and squash blossoms.
Mini Sopitos
Crispy corn disc topped with chicken, beef or pork topped with cheese and sour cream, guacamole, hot sauce, lettuce and cabbage.
Mini Flautas
Choice of pork, chicken, shredded beef or vegetarian style in a crispy corn tortilla topped with sour cream and cheese.
Tostadas De Ceviche
Fish tostadas with chopped onions, cilantro, chile serrano, tomatoes and lime juice.
Mini Tamales
Miniature spinach and mushroom tamale topped with sour cream, green sauce and cheese.
Papas Con Mojo
Red creamer potatoes boiled in sea salt and served with a roasted red bell pepper and garlic sauce (cilantro and garlic, chimichurri or aioli sauces are available as well)
Tortilla Española
Spanish Omelet - fried potatoes, onions and eggs.

La Finca Corn Tortillas filled with papa (potato), or choice of meat, topped with a fresh tomato sauce, cabbage and cotija cheese.

Carnes
Birria (pork, veal, lamb or chicken) - Carnitas - Steak or Chicken Fajitas, Chile or Pollo Verde, Chicken Mole, Chile Colorado, Steak Ranchero.
Chiles Rellenos
Anaheim pepper stuffed with Monterrey Jack cheese and dipped in egg batter and fried topped with green or red sauce. Alternative Option: Pasilla pepper stuffed with spinach, mushrooms, onions, sweet corn and cheese. We can provide your choice of vegetarian or meat filled as well.
Mariscos Seafood
Prawn Coctel - Spicy prawns or prawns sauteed in garlic butter Grilled prawns and steak sautéed with onions, mushrooms and pasilla peppers. Grilled basa fillet, prawns, spinach, onions, pasilla peppers and mushrooms.
Tamales
Choice of regular size or mini - chicken, shredded beef, pork or spinach and mushrooms, rajas con chile with tomatillo sauce (Pasilla peppers and cheese)
Enchiladas
Choice of prawn, grilled chicken, cheese, pork, beef or grilled veggies with choice of tomatillo sauce or red sauce.
Taco Bar
Carnitas - Grilled Veggies - Fish - Prawns - Steak - Beef - Chicken Marinated Grilled Meats. We can provide handmade corn tortillas on-site for an additional fee.
Arroz Con Mariscos
Rice with variety of seafood. Fish, Prawns, Squid, Mussels, Red & Green Bell Pepper, Onion, Parsley, Tomato, Peas, Pork and Chicken.
Mole
Succulent Chicken smothered in a thick savory sauce made with dried Chiles, Almonds, Sesame Seeds and a variety of spices.
Salads
Marbella
Romaine lettuce, crab meat, cantaloupe, pineapple, apple, avocado, prawns and salsa rosa dressing.
San Miguel
Red leaf lettuce, tomato, olives, cucumber and hard-boiled egg dressed in balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Primavera
Romaine lettuce, apple, melon, corn, sunflower seeds, cucumber, carrots and avocado dressed in balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Ensalada De Nopal
Cactus, tomatoes, red onions, cilantro, sea salt, oregano and lime juice.
Desserts
Alfajores
Shortbread cookie filled with Dulce de Leche Caramel, topped with powdered sugar.
Brownies
A constant favorite. Irresistible, dense chocolate squares.
Buñuelos
A scoop of vanilla ice cream in a crispy flour tortilla bowl, topped with cinnamon, sugar and maple syrup.
Churros
Fried pastry dessert sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.
Flan
A rich custard topped with caramel sauce.
